About The Villas

Arbor Estates Villas are located on the Dutch Side of the island, near the Mullet Bay and Cupecoy Resorts and the Medical University, in a plan of twenty-four individually owned villas. 

The plan is within walking distance to both Mullet Bay and Cupecoy beaches; close to shopping, casinos and restaurants; a short drive to the Maho Area for nightly dining and entertainment and to Marigot (the French Capitol City).

A convenience store (deli) located at the entrance to Arbor Estates provides fresh bread, croissants, newspapers, and necessities and serves breakfast and lunch. Their take out food selection is excellent.

The plan is walled off from the road and has a freshwater 50' x 40' pool with a large tiled deck, pool furniture and a fantastic view of the Caribbean.

Accommodations

The villa is approximately 1,000 square feet. The first floor has a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with laundry area and bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms of almost equal size each with its own full bathroom and balcony (one balcony overlooking the Caribbean and the other looking out into the villa's flowering gardens and then into the water).
